Returns & Refunds Policy

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
• The item is not a non-returnable product (see Section 3)
• You have proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at [email protected] with your Order ID and reason for return
2. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days
3. Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed

• Personal care and hygiene products (once opened)
• Perishable goods
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Online Payments (Razorpay): Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 5–7 business days. You will need to provide your bank account details.

The COD handling fee (₹99) is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
